An effective communication is the key to drive more product sales in any company. And Realme got the point already. Yesterday, the manufacturer released a post detailing its update schedule, mainly for the month of December 2018 and January 2019.

In the blog post they have already mentioned all the change logs and a list of devices, that are going to get the update soon.

Here is the list of devices getting the updates.

Realme 1: End of December

  • Photographer Watermark
  • Security Patch

Realme 2 / C1: End of December

Realme 2 Pro: End of December

I am sure Realme 2 and Realme C1 owners are pretty excited to know ColorOS 5.2 is coming this month. The update already arrived on the Realme 1 a few weeks ago.

Realme says the exact dates for the updates have not been determined. There is also a chance that the OTA update won’t arrive on some devices until January since it will be a gradual roll-out.

It will also excite you to know that Realme devices will get the ColorOS 6 update which will be based on Android Pie. The update will arrive next year but the dates will definitely vary for each device. Also fixes for some issues which were not mentioned above will be bundled with the update.
