What we know about the new Huawei Watch 2

The Huawei Watch 2 2017 had a complete design and processing changeover. This made Huawei’s users happy and made many smartwatch users switch. Famous leakster Evan Blass comments about the upcoming device which will have no peculiar differences in itself apart from the fact of having an eSim. eSim support is increasing rapidly in the western countries and manufacturers are looking at investing in it.

Huawei Watch 2 is rumored not to use the new Qualcomm chipset. Instead, use the Snapdragon 2100 (a prior Snapdragon 210) with 768 MB of RAM and 4 GB of storage – as that of the Watch 2.

Huawei will stick with the 1.2” AMOLED display (390 x 390 px), same battery, same wireless connectivity (including the e-SIM) and same sensors.

As for the price and release date, it’s too early to tell. It will stay in the neighborhood for sure. Peace.
